I started cherryhost.eu because I got fed up with paying through the nose for hosting. Paying for support that I never needed. Hosting is just disc space with a few free apps. available to add-on, hoping that they would get some money from supporting that app. So why not slash the cost of hosting and give free support to those who needed it. (very few people need support, and it builds great good will when they do) I have many customers that I never hear from so if someone needs help why not help. I gain more experience and knowledge and have a really happy customer. It's a win win.
