I saw a tweet today "make money easy by selling hosting" should read lose money easy buy selling hosting. Selling hosting is very difficult, so many people doing it, adwords costs are against you. I've got my conversion rate to about one in a hundred and that has taken a lot of hard work tweaking the site to get the right message across. Hosting is Hosting the more expensive hosting isn't any better, they've just spent more on the marketing of their product and the customer has to pay for that. A marketing budget of 0 makes you come up with more creative strategies (which I prefer to keep to myself) it's not worth much but it covers the cost of being a hosting reselling.
