Is there a set quota for email sent to my account? There is a limit of 30MB for attachments for emails sent to your mailbox, should attachments larger than this be sent to your mailbox the sender will get a bounceback with a message similar to the following: message size (size) exceeds size limit 31457280 of server mail.(yourdomain) Additionally, no email will be delivered that would make your mailbox exceed its quota, which by default is 400MB. However you can create as many mail boxes as you wish with your unlimited web hosting account. Mail boxes have to be limited in such a way. A forgotten mail box can not be left to increase in size unattended, hence the limit.

Ensure that 'This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) is unchecked 14. The 'Use the following type of encrypted connection:' option should be set to None 15. Click "Ok" to close the window. 16. Click Next after you have completed entering this configuration information, and then click Finish

I have installed Prestashop and set up all that i want to at the moment untill my products arrive so i can take photo's and add them to my stock/cat but my users can't login/register

when the login link is clicked a blank page is showen and i do notice that it says authentication at the top of the browser window

What am i doing wrong or have set up wrong

can you help me solve my problem

I would say that the problem is that the database is still looking at the temp address http://176.32.230.4/iredessa.co.uk/

meaning that you need to change the site address in the admin section of the site.

from

http://176.32.230.4/iredessa.co.uk/

to

http://iredessa.co.uk

so go to the admin section of the site and change any references

to, the incorrect

http://176.32.230.4/iredessa.co.uk/

to the correct

http://iredessa.co.uk

the temp space is good for website scripts, customer authentication scripts would not be supported in that environment.
