Do you offer ssh access? or at least the ability to run cronjobs (ssh isnt actually needed as I can use ftp to edit files)

ssh access is available however as a unlimited web hosting reseller they will only grant that access after completion of lots of guarantees and strict id process.
There is a scheduled task facility, see attachment. for intro
for which you would have to write your own perl scripts to make use of this facility. (we would not offer support for those scripts)
